Vella Seedai

Ok last few posts were full of salty savories. So this one is vella seedai, sweet cracker balls.
Rice Flour - 2 cups
Urad Dal Flour - 2 tbsp
White Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Jaggery - 3/4 of the amount of rice flour
Coconut - a little
Elaichi Powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Water for kneading
Oil for deep frying

Dry roast rice till it turns reddish. Heat water and add jaggery, dissolve the jaggery and filter it.
Mix the jaggery water, rice flour, urad dal flour, white sesame seeds, coconut, elaichi powder and butter.
Add small amounts of water and knead into a smooth dough.
Make small round balls of the size of a lemon and deep fry.
