Ok, I wanted to prepare Kaju Pista Rolls and it was a total disaster. With me returning home just a few days in advance for diwali, many different sweets to prepare and my parents visiting us the very next day, it had havoc written all over it. Then I had to think of something to do with the cashews and pistachio and I made these simple no stove top cooking ladoos. And when I sent them to our relatives and my brother, it stood on top of the favorites list for them and they started enquiring for the recipe!!!
Ingredients
Cashew - 200 gms
Pistachio - 100 gms
Castor Sugar - 100 gms
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method
There's nothing like a method to follow to make these. Grind all ingredients together to a fine powder/paste.
With ghee and cashew's oily texture, the paste will be thick and more solid.
Make small balls of the paste and store in a air tight box. It had a longer shelve life than other sweets, but consumed immediately because of the rich taste.
Bon Appetit!!
