I tried this soup long time back, to empty the fridge before the diwali vacation, and havent stopped preparing this ever since. Anybody who tasted this has become a fan of the taste and simplicity.
Ingredients
Green Pea - 250g
Onion - 1
Milk - 1 cup
Pepper as per taste
Salt as per taste
Butter - 1 tsp
Method
Heat butter, saute onions till golden. Add pea and cook till its soft.
Puree in a blender along with pepper. Add milk, salt and allow to boil for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with tomato bruschetta.
