I have been really messy today. I had to cook from Priya Sreeram's Bon Appetit today and I dunno why I cooked from TastyCurryLeaf. After returning from the diwali vacation may be I got confused. But no excuses really. Thankfully CurryLeaf promptly told me about this, and me the lazy logged in at half past one in the midnight after watching a horrible tamil movie. The moment I saw her comment, I started looking for all the bookmarked recipes. Again thanks to Radhika, she gave me plenty of time to prepare something and post for the Blog Hop Wednesday, I prepared this cake in a jiffy (very little quantity though) and posted it!!! But Alls well that ends well!!!! Thanks to CurryLeaf!!!!
Ingredients

Ghee - 1 cup
Shredded Coconut - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 cups

In a thick bottomed kadai, mix all the ingredients together and stir well. Make sure there are no lumps formed.
Keep stirring till all the ghee is absorbed and the mixture is not sticking to the sides.
Grease a plate and pour the mix onto it and once its slightly warm, cut into pieces of desired shapes. I made laddoos of the left over ones.
