Passion Mint Cooler

Passion fruit has a sharp taste but has a nice sweet smelling aroma. But the best part is, its used as a calming tonic. We can try quite a few recipes with its exotic flavor. This is a simple drink which brings together the sweet aroma of passion fruit and mint!!

Ingredients
Passion Fruit - 4
Mint Leaves - a few
Sugar - 7 tbsp
Water and Ice

Method
Cut the fruit in half, scoop out the pulp inside. The seeds are edible as well.
In a blender, add the pulp, sugar and grind well.
Add mint leaves, water and refrigerate. Serve chilled.

Im sending this to Radhika's Lets Cook with Fruits

Bon Appetit!!
