Carrot Chips

Was bored of preparing usual sambar, rasam and curry. So decided to make some chips instead, though a bit tricky initially the end result was worth while.

Carrot - 1
Rice Flour - 3 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Grate Carrot into thin slices. Coat them with rice flour and deep fry.
Add salt and pepper and mix well. Consume immediately because it tends to get soggy.

Yum, we can never get wrong with deep frying anything and we are talking about carrots here, must have been a great treat.
