Veggie Cheese Rolls

I love cheese, I love rolls. I had loads of bread left out, even after me preparing bread upma. So I decided to make stuffed rolls.
Bread - 6 slices
Potato - 1
Carrot - 1
Peas - 2 tbsp
Sweet Corn - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1
Red Chili Powder - 2 tbsp
Cheese slices - 3
Salt to taste
Ghee for toasting

Boil and mash potato and carrot together. Keep it aside.
Heat oil, add onions and saute till golden brown. Add peas and sweetcorn and allow to cook.
Once cooked, add red chili powder and salt and mix well. Switch off heat and mix this with the potato carrot mixture and let it rest.
Cut the edges of the bread slices. Using a rolling pin, flatten the bread.
Cut the cheese slices vertically, and place one half in a slice of bread. Place a tbsp of the mixture on top of it.
Roll the bread and press to flatten a bit, so that the edge sticks together. Make similar rolls and let it rest for 15 minutes.
