Ginger Ale-Ingi Sorasam

Ginger Ale is the carbonated soft drink version of Indian Ingi Sorasam. I prefer the indian version for its health benefits. It helps with stomach disorders and nausea.

Ingredients
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Lime Juice - 3 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Jaggery/Sugar Syrup as to taste

Method
Peel and grate ginger. Add water little by little and extract the juice and discard the pulp.
Add lime juice, honey and mix well. You can store this concentrate, add water and ice while serving.
Change the amount of ginger and lime to give a hotter sorasam.
