Fried stuff make your day anytime. I had some plantain left out and decided to make this yummy crispies for a hi-tea.
Ingredients
Plantain - 1
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method
Grate plantain into thin slices and deep fry. Drain out excess oil.
Add salt, red chilli powder and mix well.
Note: Its better to grate plantain directly into oil, if you are comfortable because it tends to turn brownish pretty soon.
