How to Prepare Chenna

Chenna is a kind of Indian Cottage Cheese prepare using cow's milk. It forms a base of many a Bengali sweets. I tried to prepare this, as its the basic ingredient for rasgulla.
Whole Cream Milk - 1 ltr
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp

Boil milk, add lemon juice after the first boil and boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat.
The milk would have curdled and the whey seperated.
Let it rest for 2-3 minutes and pour the milk onto a muslin cloth.
Gather the cloth on 4 sides and hang it somewhere for 2 hours, so that all the whey is seperated.
Chenna can be used immediately.
