Okra Fry

Today we went shopping for vegetables, and the first thing we ever buy in our family is Okra. Especially my FIL, he devotes minimum 15-20 minutes selecting Okra. Its the very simple and tasty.
Okra - 500 gms
Sambar Powder - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Gram dal - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Heat generous amount of oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and once they splutter; add urad dal, gram dal and Okra.
Add salt and sambar powder and mix well. Dont mix too much; simmer and let the okra's fry.
Tastes well with rice or chapathis.
